Nina Venturella has been a nutritionist, instructor and personal trainer for over 20 years. In her career, she struggled with clients improving, but not resolving core health issues. Realizing that she could achieve greater results, Nina began her studies in detoxification.

With a focus on the lymphatic system, the primary location where toxins are stored in the body, Nina has created a new process called XTRACT (X-cancel, T-Toxins R-Release A-Accelerated C-Cellular T-Transformation). 

Nina has  published her first nonfiction book, Unveiled Truth; revealing how cleansing is achieved in the mind, body and soul, as well as explaining some root causes of sickness and disease.

Nina has her NTCB Accreditation, and her primary goal is to educate on how crucial it is to cleanse and take care of your body.

In March 2006, Nina opened Spatacular Health, promoting XTRACT as an Oil change for your body. The business saw such word of mouth success that Nina herself couldn’t keep up and began training others who were interested.

In 2012, after the economic downturn from 2009-2010, Spatacular Health was re-invented and became Majestic Wellness Academy.

Nina traveled from state to state, training students and helping them open up their own wellness centers. This resulted in over 1000 graduates and 326 active businesses. 

In late 2019, Nina was working on the process to franchise XTRACT when Covid-19 put a halt to the bodywork industry, including XTRACTors. 

March 2022, Majestic Wellness Academy was resurrected under new management that will work with Nina to create XTRACT as the next Wellness Modality.

Carol has always had a love affair with learning and teaching, always finding a way to enhance or recreate any position she found herself in.  She currently holds positions on the Boards of several charitable organizations and a private school board where she has been instrumental in creating the framework for their expansion. She also founded the internet marketing company, iSparkle.ca and co-founded the financial planning company, Valiant Financial.  She is currently active with her investment company Aurora Financial Inc and sits on the board of directors for CMB Insurance Brokers, CMBInsurance.ca 

Having an entrepreneurial spirit revolves around making things happen on your own and trusting yourself to make the right calls. Carol is a visionary, constantly coming up with new ideas and ways to improve, adapt, excel and innovate the world around her. After several years of experimenting with various start up companies and sales positions, she finally settled into the Insurance Industry. In her 40+ years as an insurance broker and risk manager, Carol studied the ins and outs of protecting and running a vast number of businesses, eventually owning and operating her own brokerage with offices in Canada and the U.S. She is still on the board of directors as her oldest son is now the president, Carol now spends her time consulting and running her private investment firm, Aurora Financial Inc.

As a business management consultant Carol was hired by various firms to identify problems and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and profitability. This is accomplished primarily through the analysis of existing organizational issues and the development of plans for improvement. 

Her customers were from various industries including a Private School k-12, Doggie DayCare and Agility, Travel Agency, Catering Company, Coffee Shop, Hotel Management, Personal Financial Management, Premium Financing,  Personal and Commercial Insurance brokerages and other various financial consulting projects. 

With each new challenge Carol used her experience to coach the existing owners and managers in the development of programs to support growth through sales, budget creation and management, marketing strategies and employee management systems.
