Day 1 January 27

9:00am – 12:00pm, Lunch Break, 1:00pm – 7:00 pm

Morning session covers the Scope of Practice, the Lymphatic System as a part of the immune system, Contraindications and Client Care.

Afternoon session will consist of going through the modules of the XTRACT process.

Day 2 January 28

9:00am – 12:00pm, Lunch Break, 2:00pm – 7:00pm

Morning sesssion wraps up level 1 and ends with the Final Exam.

In the afternoon, local communit members have been invited for an XTRACT Detox Presentation and we will be providing 15 minute demos on volunteers.

Day 3 January 29

9:00am – 12:00pm

A wrap up of the intensive includes a review of the XTRACT Association benefits and advanced levels in XTRACT including how to beome an instructor.

XTRACT Detox utilizes a set pattern of light rhythmic movements to assist lymph fluid to move easily from the tissue through the nodes of the Lymphatic System.
